Read a Project MUSE E-book

• Sign in to Primo before conducting any search for Online Resources

• To read the e-book through your web browser, click on the hyperlinked title of the chapter you would like to read or alternatively click the Download link
• This will open a PDF of the chapter which you can read from

 

To Download a Chapter

• To download a chapter, first select the chapter you would like to download using the above instructions
• A new tab should open displaying a PDF of the chapter you have selected; to save to your computer, either right click on the e-book and select Save as... and select a location to save the document, or click on the Download button in the top right corner of the page and save to your computer

 

Printing a Project MUSE E-book Chapter

• To print a chapter, first select the chapter you would like to print using the above instructions
• A new tab should open displaying a PDF of the chapter you have selected; either right click on the e-book and select Print... or click on the Print button in the top right corner of the page Advice on Off-Campus Access for a JSTOR e-book E-books

 

Advice on Off-Campus Access for Project MUSE E-books

• In the top left corner of the e-book webpage, click on No Institutional Affiliation
• Click on Shibboleth, found below Access via My Institution
• Select United Kingdon (UK Federation) from the Select a Federation list
• Select Aberystwyth University from the Select an Institution list
• You will be prompted for your Aber username and password via Shibboleth
• Alternatively, you can set up a VPN which bypasses the need to sign in. More information can be found here.
