How do I send calendar invites? (Webmail)

  • Login to Office 365 ( )
  • Go to Calendar
  • Click on a date and the time of the event and click more options in the bottom right hand corner of the pop up
  • Type the Event and Location details
  • Type the recipients email address in the Invite required attendees field
  • Select Start and End Dates

  • If both users are available it will appear green in the right hand column
  • Confirm if your recipients are Free or Busy for the suggested time.
  • Click Send in the top right hand corner of the pop up
  • Recipients can choose to Accept, Decline or to Not Respond on their E-mail request.
