I cannot create or publish a reading list for my module in Aspire - what can I do?

If you are a member of staff and you have logged into Aspire and

• clicked on My Lists and there is no Create new list button on the right of the page, OR

• you have added content to a reading list but there is no Publish button (there may be a Review button instead)

you do not currently have the correct permissions to create or publish Aspire lists. 

Check that you hold an appropriate role on the module in Astra.

These are the Astra roles that support creating and publishing Aspire lists

• Module Coordinator
• 01 Instructor
• 02 Tutor
• 07 Blackboard Departmental Admin
• 11 Additional Instructor
• 12 Additional Tutor
• 14 Aspire Admin

Your faculty Registry Team can apply one of these roles to one or more modules in Astra for you.
