How do we order paper for our MFD?
Before placing any orders with suppliers you must have received an approved Purchase Order (PO), in order to receive a PO you must complete a Requisition on Business World which will require approval from already designated approvers. Once approved you will receive the PO by email.
Before ordering you will need an account with Banner account.
To create your Banner account you will need to contact the postroom: postroom@aber.ac.uk
Once your account is setup you will need to login to Banner.
- Add the required amount of paper to your basket. The paper to order is Evolution Everyday A4 Recycled Paper 80gsm White (Pack of 2500)
- A standard order is 40 boxes (1 Pallet). If this is too much paper then you can order less
- The product code is EVE2180
- After adding the paper to your basket, make a note of the price
- Open ABW and follow guidance for requesting a Purchase Order
- You will receive an email and a PO number once it has been approved
- Enter an email address and the Purchase Order number you received:
- We will send a confirmation email to the email address supplied when the order is approved.
