How do I extend AIEC tenant accounts?

When an AIEC tenant account is nearing its end date a notification email will be sent to aiestaff.

If the tenancy is to continue the end date will need to be updated to ensure SALTO and Printing access are maintained.

  • Login to MyAdmin
  • Choose ID Management (authorised users only)
  • Choose Create Record from the left hand menu
  • You will see a list of all existing EC records
  • Search for your user (you can only add one search term at a time so type their surname and click Go and then first name and click Go)
  • Click on the Edit icon next to the record:
  • Update both the Soft end date and the Hard end date to your new date.
  • Click Apply changes
  • The change can take up to 15 minutes to go through
