How can I login to Microsoft 365 if I cannot use a mobile phone to verify my login?

If you need to use your email off-campus and you are working somewhere that you cannot access a smartphone or use an authenticator app on your computer, then you can request a verification token from Information Services.

Note: The authenticator app on a smartphone will work even if you don't have any signal and the phone is offline

These can be requested by emailing is@aber.ac.uk

It will need to be configured to use with your email account and the token will only work for a single account.
