Can I add non-AU members to my Microsoft Team?

• You can add any external users who have an Office365 account on an ac.uk domain
• If you have a team member who has an email account that is not an ac.uk address you can complete the request form to have their domain added to Aberystwyth University Teams access

Note:

• Only whole domains can be added , not individual email addresses. For this reason global domains, for example, google.co.uk, hotmail.com cannot be added.
• Please consider whether access to the Teams site is really needed. Users do not need access to your Teams site to take part in a meeting via Microsoft Teams.
