How do I use the chat facility during a Teams meeting or lecture?

  • Cick on the Show Conversation icon on your tool bar:
  • Type into the chat box and press Enter



  • The Chat is visible to everyone in the session
  • Treat everyone with dignity and respect and only post comments you want everyone to read
  • A record of the chat is kept after the meeting and all comments are linked to the name of the person who made them.
