How can I recover files from my M drive I have deleted in error?

M Drives are backed up overnight. Files can only be restored if they existed on your M drive for more than a day. Backups are available for 90 days and your file can be restored to any date in the last 90 days.

To restore a file, contact Information Services with the following details:

• The name of the file you need to restore
• The location of the file on your M drive (the names of any folders that contained it)
• The date you need to restore from

Files that were created and deleted the same day can't be restored.
