How do I import and export polls in Vevox?

Polls can be imported and exported from one session to another. This provides a simple way of re-using polls without the need to recreate them from scratch, each time you start a new session.

Before importing polls the first step is to create a Vevox import file that contains the information related to a poll. This is done by exporting a poll or multiple polls that  you have previously created.

To export a poll:

Select Polls from the navigation menu.

Select the checkbox of the poll(s) to be exported. When one or more poll has been selected a series of options appear at the top of the polls list.

Select 'Export Poll Template'.

Exporting polls will download a file to your default download folder. Your file will now have a Zip folder with your data.

This file stores all the information related to the poll or polls that  you have exported. It can be shared with others or stored on your computer to be  imported into any other Vevox session.

To import a poll:

Create a new session and give it a name.

Select Polls from the navigation menu. Press the 'Import polls' button.

After selecting the Import polls button a menu pop-up screen will appear asking you  to drag and drop or browse for a Vevox import file. Click inside the box to browse for  your files.

Locate the Vevox import file and select it. Your file should be a Zip folder.

Successfully selecting a Vevox import file will present a preview of the polls to be  imported.

To complete the process press 'Import'.

The newly imported polls will now appear in the polls list.  If you already have polls in  the list, new ones will appear at the bottom.
