How do I log in to a University owned computer off-campus?

You should connect to VPN before logging in to a University owned computer off-campus.

• From the login screen, connect to your home WiFi. If you used a Wired connection, make sure the cable is plugged in
  
• After connecting to your home network, click on the Network Sign-in icon

• You will then see a loading screen for GlobalProtect. Wait a few seconds, then enter your email address and press next, and password and press next
  
• You will be prompted to authenticate. For example, if you have set up your MFA through the Authenticator app on your phone, you will see a request similar to the screenshot below:
  
• Once you have connected to the VPN, you can log into the computer with your AU username and password
