How do I make a narrated PowerPoint?

A Narrated PowerPoint is a PowerPoint with recorded audio and video (optional).

It can be exported as an MPEG-4 (mp4) video file.

In PowerPoint:

• Click the Slide Show tab
• Click Record Slide Show
• Click Record from Beginning

• Click Record

• Click the arrow to move between slides

• Click Stop when you are finished

Optional:

You can turn your camera on or off to enable or disable video

You can use the various tools to highlight parts of your slides

 

To export the Powerpoint as an MPEG-4 (mp4) file:

• Click File
• Click Export
• Click Create a Video
