How do I add a shared mailbox to Outlook on my computer? (Windows)

  • Open Outlook
  • Click File
  • Click the Account Settings button, then choose Account Settings

  • Click New...
    new button
  • Type in the primary email address of your shared mailbox and click Connect
  • A pop up will appear asking you to enter a password. Click Sign in with another account
  • Delete the shared mailbox address and replace it with your own AU email address
  • Click Next
  • Enter your own password
  • Restart Outlook
