How do I add a shared mailbox to Outlook on my computer? (Windows)
- Open Outlook
- Click File
- Click the Account Settings button, then choose Account Settings
- Click New...
- Type in the primary email address of your shared mailbox and click Connect
- A pop-up will appear asking you to enter a password.
- Click Sign in with another account
- Delete the shared mailbox address and replace it with your own AU email address
- Click Next
- Enter your own password
- Restart Outlook
