What hearing assistance is available in the teaching rooms?

Teaching rooms that have a Hearing Assistance System installed will display this sign:

The system installed with be either:

• an induction loop hearing assistance system
  Users should switch their hearing aid to the T channel
• an infrared hearing assistance system
  Infrared receivers are available from the Hugh Owen Library 

To check which type of hearing assistance system is available in a particular room, refer to the Accessibility information for that room

To report a problem with the hearing loop system in any of the University teaching rooms, please contact Information Services.
