How do I open a shared calendar? (Outlook)

  • In Outlook, go to the calendar tab on the left-hand side
  • Go to Add Calendar, and Open a shared calendar
  • Click Name... and use the search bar to search for the shared calendar. Double-click the calendar name to select it. Click OK on both pop-ups.
  • The calendar won't open automatically. It will be listed under the Shared Calendars group on the left-hand panel. Tick or click on the calendar name to view it.
    • If the calendar isn't listed after adding it, close and reopen Outlook
