How do I delete a Teams meeting recording?

You can only delete a Teams meeting recording if you were the attendee who made the recording.

• In Teams go to Chat
• Find your meeting in the list of chats. It will say Recording is Ready underneath the meeting title
• Click on the three dots in the top right hand corner of the meeting recording tile
• Choose Open
• You will be asked to login
• The recording will be dislayed
• Click the name of the recording in the top left
• Under Location click Recordings

• Delete the recording by clicking on the three dots menu and choose Delete

Alternatively, in the Team or Teams meeting where the recording was made;

• Go to Files
• Open the Recordings folder
• Delete the recording by clicking on the three dots menu and choose Delete
