How do I check my voicemail messages from wherever I am (Unity)?

Calling your Voice mail inbox from your phone:

• Cisco 7911
• Select the Msgs option on your phone
• Enter your Voice mail PIN and press #
• Press 1 for New messages
• Press 2 to Send a new message
• Cisco 7941
• Select the line you want by pressing one of the buttons on the right
• Press the Messages Key
• Enter your Voice mail PIN and press #
• Press 1 for New messages
• Press 2 to Send a new message

Calling from another phone on campus

• Dial 2435 and at the greeting press the asterisk key (*)
• Enter your extension and press #
• Enter your PIN and press #
• Press 1 for New messages
• Press 2 to Send a new message

Calling from an external phone

• Dial (+44) 01970 62 2435 and at the greeting press the asterisk key ( * )
• Enter your extension and press #
• Enter your PIN and press #
• Press 1 for New messages
• Press 2 to Send a new message

Listening to messages received in your email Inbox

Once a new message is received you will get an email in your Inbox:

You can preview the message inside your Outlook client or download it from the web version of Outlook.
