How do I use voice mail to access my email and calendar (Unity)?

Accessing your email through Unity Voice mail

• Call your Unity Voice mailbox on extension 2435 (or from 01970 62 2435 externally)
• Enter your existing PIN at the prompt - If calling externally you have to press asterisk ( * ) and then enter your extension followed by # and then your PIN
• Press 7 - Access to external messages
• Press 1 - Read your new messages
• Press 3 - Review old messages
• The system will then read your emails

Accessing your calendar through Outlook Voice access

• Call your Unity Voice mailbox on extension 2435 (or from 01970 62 2435 externally)
• Enter your existing PIN at the prompt - If calling externally you have to press asterisk ( * ) and then enter your extension followed by # and then your PIN
• Press 6 - List meetings
• Press 1 - Read appointments for the rest of the day
• Press 2 - Calendar for tomorrow
• Press 3 - Calendar for selected date
• The system will then read your calendar appointments
