How do I delete files from my roaming profile? (IBERS staff)

Please note that this is applicable to IBERS staff only.

• Click on the Start icon
• Open Computer
• Navigate to
  
  C:\users\ [userid] .V2\AppData\Roaming
  
  Where [userid] is your University username
• Select Organise , then Folder Options
• Click on the View tab
• Select Show Hidden files and folders
• Untick Hide protected operating system files
• Delete any files with the extension . tmp
