How do I make a conference call using my VOIP phone?
The pictures used in this FAQ are for the 7911, but you will see the same options on your phone screen.
A conference call can have up to 4 callers in a conference at once (You and three others). This feature is only available on the VOIP phones .
To make an ad hoc conference call please follow the instructions below.

Making an ad hoc conference call
An ad hoc conference call is a conference call which is direct, and not arranged in advance. You can make an ad hoc conference call during a phone call.
- During a call, press the Confrn button (you will have to press more until you see this option). This will activate a new line and place the original call on hold
- Next dial your target number
- When the call is answered, announce that you intent to hold a conference call. After obtaining consent , press the Confrn button to add the new party to the conference call
- Repeat these steps to add any other parties to the conference call (up to 4 parties in total). Only the party who initiated the conference can add other parties to it
