How do I copy an Aspire list from one module to another?

• Sign in to Aspire ( How do I do that? )
• Click My Lists
• Click the Edit button to the right of the list you want to copy and select Copy list
  
  

The following screen will appear

• In the List name box type the module code followed by the name of the module
• Choose the appropriate year and semester
• Untick the Copy hierarchy associations box if you don't want the list to be linked to the same modules in the hierarchy as the original list
  
• Click Create list
• If you unticked the hierarchy box, you must link the list to the appropriate module in the Aspire hierarchy ( How do I do that? ) so that you can publish it and it will be visible to your students in Blackboard
