How do I set up speed dialling on my VOIP phone?

You will need to be connected to eduroam or Aber VPN for this to work.

Your phone will need to be a Cisco IP Phone 7911 or 7912

• Go to the Cisco Unified Communications Self Care Portal
• Sign in with your university username and password
• Click on your phone and select settings on the menu that appears
• Select the speed dial numbers tab
• Select Add New Speed Dial

• Input the information of the number you want on speed dial
