Why isn't the Company Portal showing any software for me to download?
- It can take up to an hour for the Company Portal to be populated with all the software when you first login to the device and connect it to the Internet.
- If you are not the registered primary user of the device the Company Portal is not available to you. If you should be the main user of the device please contact Information Services
