How do I switch to using my new Macbook as my main computer?

On your old Mac

• Move any files stored on the local drive of your computer to OneDrive
  • Connect to OneDrive on your computer
  • When logging in to OneDrive, select to sync all of your important folders by ticking them(desktop, documents, pictures, etc)
  • You will need to wait until OneDrive has finished syncing all of your folders
• Export your bookmarks from your web browser to a file
  • Safari:
    • Open Safari
    • Click on File then Export Bookmarks
    • Save the file to a folder on your OneDrive so you can import it later on your new computer
  • Google Chrome:
    • Open Chrome
    • Click on Bookmarks in the top bar then Bookmark Manager
    • Click the three dots at the top-right then Export Bookmarks
    • Save the file to a folder on your OneDrive so you can import it later on your new computer

On your new Mac

• Open the app Hunan Wasanaeth - Self Service from the apps folder:
  • Click Browse then All
  • Install any apps you need from the list and wait for it to finish
• Connect to OneDrive to access your saved files. You should use OneDrive to store your files rather than saving on the hard drive of your computer
• Import your bookmarks from a file to your web browser
  • Safari:
    • Open Safari
    • Click on File then Import Bookmarks
    • Open the folder on your OneDrive and select the file you exported earlier
  • Google Chrome:
    • Open Chrome
    • Click on Bookmarks in the top bar then Bookmark Manager
    • Click the three dots at the top-right then Import Bookmarks
    • Open the folder on your OneDrive and select the file you exported earlier
• Add your shared mailboxes to Outlook
• Add your signature to Outlook
