How do I access the Digital Discovery Tool? (Staff)

  • Professional Services Staff - The first time you log in, you will be asked to create an account. You will need to provide:
    • Your First Name
    • Your Last Name
    • Your Department (You will need to choose from a list of professions services departments at Aberystwyth University)
    • Your Work Area (You will need to choose from a list of generic work areas)
  • Academic Staff - The first time you log in, you will be asked to create an account. You will be asked to provide:
    • Your First Name
    • Your Last Name
    • Your Department (You will need to select 'Academic Department | Adran Academaidd')
    • Your Work Area (You will need to select 'Academic/Training')
    • Your Subject (You will need to select from a list of academic departments at Aberystwyth University)
  • Once you have created an account, you will be taken to the main Digital Discovery Tool dashboard. From here you can access the digital capability question sets and any completed reports.
