How do I set up my Bitwarden account?

  • You will need to be granted a Bitwarden license before you can set up your account. To request a license, contact Information Services
  • You will receive an email asking you to join the PAU organisation. Click the Join Organization Now button
  • Click Log in

  • Enter your full University email address and click Continue

  • Click Enterprise Single Sign-on

  • You will be asked to set a Master Password. You will need this password every time you need to unlock the passwords stored on your account. The password should be different from your University IT account password.
  • You will be asked to verify your email address. Click Send email

  • Check your email and click on the link to verify your email address
  • Your account needs to be manually approved by Information Services. You will need to wait until you receive an email confirming your account before you can use it
