How do I add the Welsh version of a page in the Student Hub? (Staff)

  • Access the site where you need to add the translation in your preferred web browser and browse to the appropriate page
  • Click on ‘Translate’ at the top left of the page
  • The ‘Translate’ panel will appear on the right of the page
  • Under Welsh you will see ‘Not started yet’ with a ‘Create’ link
  • Click ‘Create’ and the Welsh draft page will be created
  • A ‘View’ link will now appear in the panel
  • Click on ‘View’ and your draft Welsh page will be displayed
  • Once the message bar has cleared you will be able to see the usual ‘Edit’ button on the top right of the page
  • Click ‘Edit’ and update the page to add your Welsh text
  • Once you have completed your page, click ‘Publish’ at the top right of the page to make it available to users.
