What happens when IT facilities are suspended for non payment of Student Fees?

When IT facilities are withdrawn for non payment of fees,

Students will be unable to login to AU systems including:

• Eduroam (wireless)
• Blackboard
• Student Record
• Turnitin
• Computers in libraries and computer rooms
• Printers
• VPN
• Primo - the library catalogue and all library loans will become due for return and no further loans will be permitted
• LinkedinLearning
  (This is not an exhaustive list)

Students will still be able to:

• access their AU email
• access the Fees Payment Page
• book an appointment with the Finance Operations Team
• access the Student Fees Payment Extension Form 
• book an appointment with Student Support
• access the Student Hardship Fund application form
• the Hardship fund payment portal
• contact the Student Union Advice Service 
• register their attendance at lectures in the usual way
