If you still have a query or question please contact the Blackboard Team using your Aberystwyth University computing account and answer the following questions:

• What are you trying to do? (e.g. login, upload a file, access a file)
• What error message did you receive?
• What computer were you using? (e.g. home, office, university computer)
• What operating system are you using?
• What browser are you using? (e.g. Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari)
