Subscribing to IS Service Status notifications

Subscribe to email updates

• Visit IS Service Status
• Click ‘Subscribe to updates’ in the top right-hand corner of the screen
• Click the email icon

• Enter your email address 
• Click the blue subscribe button
• Complete the Captcha
• You will receive an email prompting you to confirm your subscription. After confirming, you will be subscribed
• There is a link to Unsubscribe in every email

• Click ‘Subscribe to updates’ in the top right-hand corner of the screen
• Click the telephone icon

• Choose your country code and enter your phone number
• Click the blue subscribe button
• Complete the Captcha
• You will receive a text prompting you to confirm your subscription by clicking a link
• After confirming, you will be subscribed and will receive a text containing details of how to unsubscribe
