How do I install Microsoft Office on an AU staff computer?

Microsoft Office 365 should already be installed on most staff computers by default.

If it is missing, or to install it again after uninstalling it:

• On Windows, open the Company Portal app.
• On Mac, open the Self Service app.
  
  
• Then, in Company Portal or Self Service, search for "Microsoft Office 365".

• Select Microsoft Office 365.
• Select Install.
• After the installation finishes, restart your device.
  
  

Personal devices

Some staff accounts have an Office 365 license that allows them to install Microsoft Office on privately owned computers. If this doesn't work, or to check or request a license, please contact IT Services.
