How do I download documents from my M drive before my account locks?

Windows

• Connect to your M drive
• Open File Explorer:
  
• Click on the files you wish to download
  Tip - if you wish to select more than one, click on the first, hold down the shift key and click on the last and all those in between will be selected 
• From the Ribbon at the top, make sure you are on the home tab and choose Copy to:
  
• A list of the available locations on your device will appear
• Choose where you want to download your files
  If you are storing your documents on your PC or Laptop we recommend that you also back these up elsewhere. 

Mac

• Connect to your M drive
• Open Finder and navigate to your M drive:

• Select the files that you want to copy

Tip - if you wish to select more than one, click on the first, hold down the shift key and click on the last and all those in between will be selected 

• From the top bar click Edit > Copy or press CMD + C on the keyboard to copy the files you want to save

• Navigate to where you want to save the files and either use Edit > Paste or press CMD + V on the keyboard to paste the files into the new location
