How do I add a web page or online video to an Aspire reading list?

• Sign into Aspire (How do I do that?)
• In a new tab visit the web page or online video you wish to add to an Aspire reading list
• Click on the Aspire bookmarklet button or the Talis extension icon in your browser window (How do I do that?)

Your screen will split in two with the bookmarking form on the left

If you are adding a web page 

• set the Resource Type to: Webpage

If you are adding an online video

• set the Resource Type to: Audio-visual document

Finally

• Click Create & Add to List to immediately add your bookmark to an existing list (How do I do that), or

• Click Create if you want to add a bookmark for later addition to a list (How do I do that?)

If you are adding a Box of Broadcasts programme

• Please note that Box of Broadcasts is not available to students or staff based overseas
• Click the Share button from the Share results page before adding the programme to Aspire

If you have added a Vimeo video from Drama Online, add this guidance to the Note for students (How do I do that?):

Byddant yn gofyn am eich enw, cyfeiriad e-bost a chyfrinair. Peidiwch â defnyddio eich cyfrinair Aber --- You will be prompted to log in to Vimeo when you click the View Online button. If you don't already have a Vimeo account, you can register for a Basic (free) one. They will request your name, an email address and a password. Please do not use your Aber password.
