How do I check my email through my email handler? (Mac Outlook 2011)

  •  Open Outlook 2011
  • Click Tools at the top of the screen, then click Accounts...
  • Click the + icon at the bottom of the left hand column and click Exchange...
  • Enter the information in the next screen as follows:
    • E-mail Address: Your full University E-mail Address (With the @aber.ac.uk)
    • Method: User Name and Password
    • User Name: Your full University E-mail Address (With the @aber.ac.uk)
    • Password: Your University Password
    • Untick Configure Automatically
    • Server: outlook.office365.com
  • Click Add Account
  • Your account should now appear in the left hand column. Close the Accounts window
  • If any popup boxes appear, tick the Always use my response for this server checkbox and click Allow
